QuickBooks Online
Push invoices & payments to QuickBooks so nobody double-enters. Paste the Client ID from your Intuit developer app, then Connect.
Automated Emails
Four reminders go out on their own: overdue invoices (every 7 days), designs waiting on approval past 3 days (every 5 days), install-day heads-ups the day before, and an instant reply to new leads who left an email. Preview first — nothing sends until you say so.

Features
The core loop — jobs, quotes, drawings & approvals, the Shop List, invoicing — is always on. Switch on the rest as your shop grows into it. Turning a group off just hides it; nothing is deleted.
Pipeline Stages
Name the steps a job moves through — add stages like Drawing, Measure Scheduled, or On Hold, rename or reorder them. Each stage belongs to a phase (what the colors, reports, and customer portal understand). Renames carry existing projects along automatically.
Cloud Backup (Google Drive)
Every night the full database is exported to a dated folder in your Google Drive — Spegiti Backups/spegiti-backup-YYYY-MM-DD — one CSV per table, openable in Access, Excel, or Sheets. Connect the account that should hold the backups (e.g. admin@spegiti.com).
